2018 was a busy year at Pixel Design that saw us secure the opportunity to launch websites for many exciting new clients we also continue to focus on the day-to-day upkeep and iterative improvements to many of our existing clients websites.
Earlier this year we worked with The Glucksman in Cork to design their new website which launched during the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to bring our craft to this project resulting in a beautiful site which is reflective of the visual culture and educative reach of the gallery.
We were also delighted to be asked to design and build the campaign website for President Michael D. Higgins, and it was a privilege to be able to contribute our expertise to his re-election campaign.
Other clients included Elevate PR, a vibrant PR agency in the heart of Dublin as well as the Undergraduate Awards, the only Global Undergraduate Programme to reward the highest standards of work completed at Undergraduate Level. Both of these were energising projects drawing from the many areas of strength of our Pixel Design team.
We launched a new site for Galway based Moonfish Theatre, an award winning unique and energetic theatre company that provides immersive and beautiful theatre experiences in early December. Working closely with Moonfish Theatre allowed us to explore and articulate their unique vision for performance and development with great results.
During 2018, we also enjoyed ongoing development and design work with many of our existing clients, which is uniquely rewarding. These clients include Draíocht, Dublin International Film Festival, Irish National Opera, Wexford Festival Opera, Northern Ireland Opera, Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris, Galway International Arts Festival, The Heritage Council, Babóro International Arts Festival for Children, Cork Midsummer Festival and Music Network to name but a few. The relationship that we foster with our existing clients and the ongoing work that we do for them, is hugely important to the Pixel Design team. This year, as always, ongoing work plays a positive and vital role in our annual review.
We are looking forward to 2019 and the opportunity to continue crafting websites, digital strategies, and brands for arts and cultural organisations.
