We worked with the Heritage Council to develop a new website that allows users to easily browse and find information about the organisation and the work that they do, it is now easier and more efficient for staff to keep the website up to date.
The Heritage Council is a statutory body that has a particular responsibility to promote interest, education, knowledge and pride in the national heritage.
The old Heritage Council website was outdated and difficult to use, they required a complete re-design and development of the existing website and microsites, heritageinschools.ie and heritageweek.ie
The resulting website allows users to more easily browse and find information about the organisation and the range of work that they do. Despite the large volume of information available, the new site feels spacious and a joy to navigate.
Over the course of the project we worked with The Heritage Council to define a strategy for the website; new content that addressed the needs of their audiences; design of a new user-interface; and the planning and implementation of a new CMS which was easy to update and manage by staff in-house.
