Front-end Developer

We're looking for a front-end developer to work with us over the next 6 months.

Requirements and Skills:

- Good HTML, CSS, SASS & Javascript skills
- Experienced with building sites with Bootstrap framework & jQuery
- Follow web standards & best practice
- Produce code that performs well across devices & browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari & Edge)
- Provide front end code to our development team for integration with CMS
- Strong attention to detail
- A portfolio of relevant website work examples

Nice to haves:

- Advanced CSS or JavaScript skills for website animations & interactions
- Experience with Craft CMS, Expression Engine or WordPress is a bonus

Graphic/Web Designer

Full-time • Dublin

We're looking for a graphic/web designer with 3-5 years experience to join our team.

Would you like to be part of a design team who are re imagining the future of websites?

We're looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our team. This is an opportunity to work for some of Ireland's leading arts and cultural organisations, alongside our team of designers and developers, to create websites which are known for clarity and usability.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Design beautiful, accessible, user-focused website interfaces that will work across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Create highly-polished interfaces in Adobe XD ready to hand-over to a developer.
  • Speak to clients and present your work.
  • Assist our clients with ongoing updates and maintenance of their websites.
  • Be self motivated to stay up to date with changes in industry best practice and have a focus on continuous learning and development.

Requirements and Skills:

  • BA in Visual Communications (required).
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your website design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe XD (or Sketch, Figma).
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript – this is not a technical role, but you must be comfortable talking to our clients and development teams about web and mobile technologies.
  • The capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • A deep familiarity with screens and device capabilities.
  • A good attitude towards your work, proactive with a can do approach.
  • Already eligible to live and work in Ireland.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

This is a full time position based in our offices in Dublin 2. Working from home is facilitated temporarily during Covid-19 restrictions, however, please note the initial training for this role will take place on-site in our offices with safely measures in place.
